Use about 50ml Everclear for each 3.5g weed

1. Place weed into a mason jar with lid (don't break it up).
2. Add a cup of water to Instant Pot and put in steaming rack
3. Place mason jar on rack and set to high pressure cook for 35 minutes
4. Allow to sit for 15 minutes to cool off and pressure to reduce
4a. If you want to break up the weed, do it now, inside the jar.
5. After it's cooled to room temperature, put jar into freezer for at least
	an hour along with the alcohol
6. Add the cold alcohol to the jar and put back in the freezer, shaking
	occasionally for 2-3 days.
7. Filter and store

You can assume 75-80% of THC will be infused into the alcohol
