Brown rice in cast iron pan 2. Add tomato sauce and spices and mix with rice 3. Add chicken broth 4. Turn heat to simmer and cover with lid (Don't stir once broth is added) 5. Check after 10 minutes. There should still be a little bit of water. 6. Turn off heat and leave lid on to finish cooking.
