5 large roma tomatoes (about 22 oz) 5 serrano peppers 1 chipotle in adobo sauce 1/2 white onion 3 cloves garlic 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes 1 bunch cilantro 1 lime (juiced) 1 t salt 1/8 t cumin 1. Put the can of tomatoes and liquid, half of the onion, half the serranos, the chipotle, and salt in a blender. Blend till smooth. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pulse until desired consistency.
