3 T yellow mustard seeds 1 T brown mustard seeds 2 T cold water 1/4 C vinegar 1/2 t salt 1. Grind mustard seeds until coarse powder and put in cup 2. Add cold water and mix until a paste 3. Let sit around 15 minutes to build heat level 4. Add vinegar and salt and mix together. The vinegar stops the heat level. 5. Store in fridge at least one day to eliminate any bitterness
