1 lb macaroni
1 pint heavy cream
1 C water
1 T corn starch
2 C shredded cheese

1. Pour cream and starch into 3 qt saucepan and mix together
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir
3. Cover and cook over low heat until macaroni is fully cooked
