Turn Instant Pot to saute. Add olive oil and heat for 30 seconds. Then add meat and cook until browned. 2. Add the onion and cook 3 more minutes until softened 3. Add everything else and put lid on pot. Cook on chili setting for 20 minutes. 4. Release pressure either manually or allow it to release naturally.
