Turn off heat and add vanilla and baking soda. 4. Stir together until it becomes fluffy and lighter in color. 5. Pour over popcorn in turkey roasting pan. 6. Mix together as much as possible, but it doesn't have to be perfect. 7. Bake in oven for 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times. 8. After removing from oven, stir before it cools off to prevent it from clumping together.
